Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Some exceptions apply. Products must be returned with original packaging, please contact us with a reason for the return prior to shipping the item. Products returned damaged or missing parts or packaging may be subject to a fee up to 50%, this includes any restocking fees that would apply. If you recieve the damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item with a description and pictures of the packaging and the item. Magic the Gathering and other trading card products are subject to restocking and cancellation fees and are treated as As-Is. All our MTG and TCG Products come from Alliance Distribution. We reserve the right to refuse refunding returned TCG "Trading Card Game" products that have been open or possibly tampered with. This is due to the possibility of fraudulent returns such as repacked boxes and so on. Canceling a TCG pre-order may be subject to a cancellation fee if the cancellation comes after the pre-order window at distribution is closed and we are liable for pre-ordered products.
